2021 - Don't tell the winemaker, but I think she knocked this one out of the park. Very soft pressing of the grapes yielded a rich, aromatic superstar that has a lot of show in the glass. Notes of apricot, honeysuckle, peach, white flowers and subtle spice. Full flavored, boisterous on the palate with loads of flavor that are visceral front to back, side to side. You can pair this up with a full flavored Asian baked game bird, but why mess with this beauty.--Finn
