2019 - Organic. A very unique white made from Palamino grapes grown in coastal Mediterranean soils which lends to the saline texture. Cool diurnal temps helps this wine retain freshness and acidity, while it is aged in used Madeira barrels that give this wine nutty, dried orange flavors. A wine for a complex Portuguese fish stew, Bacalaitos (fried fish balls), or with rosemary encrusted Manchego cheese.--Finn
