This is a very special feature unlike anything we have offered before. Combining the structure and the body of a typical Colombian but naturally (e.g. dry) processed to provide an extremely unique coffee. Carefully hand sorted and dried in thin layers over a period of 25 days on raised beds, it’s a product of extreme care and attention. Grower Rosevel Ortiz Escarpeta prepared this special coffee on his small 12 acre farm within the municipality of San Agustin, Huila.
Rich structure, soft raspberry and milk chocolate give a complex, but satisfying cup. The fruit balances eloquently with the subtle strawberry acidity to make a wonderful cup of coffee.
