California Cabernets with Wisconsin Cheese

Friday, February 7th @ Barriques Middleton: In general, Californian Cabernets tend to be more fruit forward and more mellow than their French counterparts. At this tasting, we'll pair those exquisite wines with another regional pride, Wisconsin cheese. This will be a sit-down tasting limited to fourteen seats, RSVP here while available.
