Zinfandel and Sjolinds Chocolate

Friday, January 14th @ Barriques Fitchburg: Zinfandel, with its high sugar content, tends to produce a robust red wine with a fairly high alcohol content. To counteract that, we'll be pairing it with some dark chocolates from Sjolinds Chocolates, in Mt. Horeb. No RSVP or advance tickets necessary. Stop in anytime between 5:30-7:30pm and enjoy. $15 Admission.
