Established in 2014 in Paso Robles, California , "Union Sacré is a tribute to the Alsace region of France and an homage to beauty’s strange ways. 2021 Union Sacré Reserve Dry Riesling Orange Wine - 30 days on skin give this wine its orange color.  The unfiltered and unfined Riesling is dry and chock full of 

mango, and passionfruit.
2020 Union Sacré Cabernet Franc - Aged in a mix of concrete and neutral French Oak this wine is snappy, fresh and. very much in the Alsatian style packing flavors of fresh pepper, blueberry, plum and violet into every glass.
2020 Union Sacré Pinot Noir - Harvested at night and hand sorted, 'fresh' is the operative word for this pinot.  It is dripping in an excellent balance of cherry, strawberry, licorice, and fresh pepper.

Bonus Bottle Available:  2021 Union Sacré Reserve Pinot Gris "L'Inconnue" - l’Inconnue “The Unknown” is an occasional release for Union Sacré and is reserved for those rare wines that break with their expected style to dazzling effect.  This wine is off the charts great.  It is dry and packed with grapefruit, lemon, granny smith, and a touch of orange peels.  $36.99 regular retail.
