2020 - 100% French oak for 8 months.  Amity Eola-Amity Hills Pinot Noir is sourced from three primary sites within the AVA: Sunset View, Amity Vineyards, and Temperance Hill. Owing to the season's low yields, all of these vineyards bring concentration to the wine. Sunset View provides a generosity typical of the site, Amity Vineyards fruit lends aromatic intensity and tautness, and the Temperance Hill brings an earthiness, all to create a complex and balanced blend truly representative of the vintage.
