Our Costa Rica Tarrazu is native Costa Rican heirloom Arabica, sustainably grown by the La Pastora Co-operative. It has been lightly roasted, to bring out a bright, clean aroma. With a brief, brisk acidity it can bring to mind the taste of fresh citrus.
