Dauny Sancerre Les Caillottes

2020 - On the nose are perceived the classic hints of Sauvignon Blanc, a beautiful bouquet of currant, with hints of gooseberry and freshly mown grass.  In the mouth is fresh, elegant, fruity and crisp finish.  Great with oysters on the half-shell, white fish, goat cheeses and green salads.
