Domaine de Montbourgeau Cremant du Jura

A very dry, pure Chardonnay matured in contact with the lees for 18 months and bottled as a Brut, with less than three grams of sugar. The nose is clean and subtle, with some simple notes of white fruit, flowers and a little yeast character.
