2019 - 100% organically produced.  Classic garrigue infused Rhone valley nose with blackberry, black cherry fruits infused in lavender, rosemary, white pepper spice and hints of bacon fat.  Earthy, grippy palate that plays with dark red berry fruits and heavily spiced finish.  This is an aggressive wine for roasted meats, heavy stews, rib roasts and alike.
