2018 - Pale ruby. Raspberry and strawberry over mineral, white pepper and smoked back ground. MLF and ageing for 10 months in concrete vats creates austere and floral elegant style. Dry, fresh acidity, moderate fine tannins and muscular texture. A medium length pure complex wine.
