Hedges CMS Red Blend

2017 - Hedges CMS Red is their blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah coming from all vineyards located in the Columbia Valley.  The blend spends approximately 15-18months in used French and American oak.  This wine starts with a pleasantly ripe nose of macerated strawberries, blackberries, fall raspberries followed by dark chocolate, vanilla and dusty spices.  On the palate this wine shines with layers of black and red berry fruits intertwined with spices, a core of mouthwatering acidity and dry tannins on the finish.  A bold glass of wine just for sipping next to an outdoor firepit.  Pair it with a slow roasted beef and fall vegetable stew, a richly slathered barbecue rack, or beef chile.  We DO NOT ship Wine.
