Lone Birch Cabernet Sauvignon

2020 - The nose starts off with blackberry, underbrush and smoky notes that lead to fresh black cherry, currant fruits, chocolate and spice.  Great structure to the palate with substantial black berry fruits, herbs, spice with long, dry tannins.  A delicious glass of cabernet to pull out for pheasant, venison, beef rib-eye or aged hard cheeses.--Finn
