Carl T. is their small batch signature bourbon named after 4th generation family member, Carl Theodore Huber. After 4 years of aging in new, charred American Oak, this Carl T. batch was transferred into unused Seguin Moreau Vanilla Toast bourbon barrels to age an additional 8 months.
