Notes of brioche, which is characteristic of wines made in the méthode traditionelle.  On the palate you first got a hint of the nose that will carry through on the palate: you’ll taste notes of honeyed apple and toasty brioche, enhanced by fine and creamy bubbles.  Round, lush and pleasurable.
