Established in 2014 in Paso Robles, California , "Union Sacré is a tribute to the Alsace region of France and an homage to beauty’s strange ways. These are not wines of privilege and power, these are wines made from a lifetime of labor for the untelevised tables that unite the very heart of the world". 2020 Union Sacré Cabernet Franc - Aged in a mix of concrete and neutral French Oak this wine is snappy, fresh and. very much in the Alsatian style packing flavors of fresh pepper, blueberry, plum and violet into every glass.
2020 Union Sacré Pinot Noir - Harvested at night and hand sorted, 'fresh' is the operative word for this pinot. It is dripping in an excellent balance of cherry, strawberry, licorice, and fresh pepper.
