2017 - A forward wine with a depth of blackberry, blueberry, red raspberry, plum fruits layered between aromas of tapenade, white pepper, cocoa and violet. An inky weight on the tongue with a full encompassing red berry fruit flavor, well rounded front to back, ending in a savory finish. A nice show dog to run show off to your wine friends, but well served if you pair it up with a red wine glazed lamb shoulder or Korean pan seared pork belly.--Finn
