2021 - Fairly bright, crisp, mineraly aromas with melon, pear, citrusy notes.  Vibrant, refreshing mouthfeel, aromatic and nicely rounded finish.  A wine for an aperitif, salads or white fish.  50% Colombard, 20% Ugni Blanc, 20% Gros Manseng, 10% Sauvignon.
