2018 - Biodynamic. An absolute treat from Tuscany. Long macerations on the skin and produced 500liter old barrels. The wine displays a lighter color but don't let that fool you. A very integrated nose of wild black raspberry, black cherry, suede leather, earthy spices and lavender. A savory, dry texture that is seamlessly balanced with fresh red berry flavors.--Finn
