The nose on this wine starts off dark and brooding with aromas of leather, deep forest and mulling spices, enveloping layers of blackberry, mulberry, plum, macerated strawberries with mushroom, dusty oak notes. Upfront, dry tannins and black peppery spice layer over ripe red berry fruits adding grip to the substantial finish.
