Chateau Carre Le Clos Muscadet

2014 - Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and then aged 31 months on the lees in underground cement vats. This wine is tight and dense nose revealing minerals with honeyed notes. The palate is textured with great concentration and length.
