Heinrich Spindler Organic Riesling Trocken

2015 - Organic/Biodynamic. The grapes for this wine are sourced from Spindler’s vineyard holdings in Ruppertsberg, Freidelsheim and Niederkirchen; it was fermented in stainless steel until dry with both ambient and cultured yeasts. It is a pure expression of Pfalz exotics: passion fruit, peach, almond blossom.
