Underwood Cellars Nouveau Pinot Noir

2022 - The Underwood Nouveau is all about freshness.  If you love the fresh raspberry, cherry and plum aromas  and subtle flavors of Pinot Noir, this is a must have.  The wine is a beautifully translucent light red wine that screams, “hey, I’m fresh!”, and is elegant and smooth as silk.  This is an all nighter kind of wine that you can enjoy glass after glass.  It will do a very admirable job of balancing out the earthiness of a Thanksgiving dinner and pairs up nicely with cranberries over pork, fresh baked salmon and gouda cheese.
