2019 - This bubbly rosé is 88% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay, and 2% Pinot Gris. Aromas of fresh strawberries, watermelon, pink grapefruit, citrus and fall apples. Poignant, fresh, vibrant with loads of red fruits. A fine sparkling for barbecue, miso marinated salmon, aged goat cheeses.
