2023 - From 60-year-old vines in Saint-Cyr-En-Bourg, a village known for its heavy clay soil, which gives powerful, rich expressions of Chenin. Those citrus and white stonefruits are gently supported by subtle notes of hazelnut coming from ageing in larger oak cask. A beautiful tension runs throughout the wine to keep everything poised and fresh.
