Wilhelm Walch Prendo Pinot Grigio

2021 - The Wilhelm Walch 'Prendo' Pinot Grigio is made from 100% estate grown fruit.  It showcases a characteristically golden straw color that has a visually viscous look in the glass.  It is full of fleshy aromas of white pear, peach, apricot and chamomile flower and features a light to medium weight on the palate.  We loved the fresh, vibrant flavors, savory acidity and crisp finish that made us long for a bit of sunshine and warmer weather.  Regardless of the time of year, this is a very pleasurable wine to sip away the evening with and makes for a perfect aperitif with appetizers, steamed shellfish or baked walleye.
