2020 - A beautifully made white burgundy with all the pear, apple, citrus aromas layered with biscuit-y notes of baked bread and stony minerality. A nice weight, lively with fresh fall fruit flavors, crisp and dry. A complex wine to pair with marinated salmon, chicken marsala, goat cheeses or white fish.
