2023 - A definite southern Rhone blend of 56% Grenache, 13% Syrah, 30% Cinsault with a splash of 1% Petite Sirah (just to keep you guessing). A very bright red robe to the color with fleshy upfront aromas of cherry, red currants, raspberry, plum, blueberry with a light peppery spice and mint leaf. Very savory palate, fresh fruit acidity, supple tannins, licorice and plush finish. Pair this with a cassoulet, pork root vegetable roulade, pheasant or sloppy Joe's.--Finn
