2020 - Aromas of fresh violet, blackberry, currant, plum, sage, sweet peppers, earthy minerals. On the palate the wine has a tangible chewy, meatiness with plenty of plummy dark berry fruits, mineral and dry finish. A hearty enough wine to handle a flank steak au jus or pair it up with an herbed baked chicken.--Finn
