Jadix Picpoul de Pinet

The 2021 Jadix Picpoul is translucent white with a green-ish rim when poured into the glass.  It has an excellent nose of green apple, lime, green melon, lemon and vibrant mineraly notes.  You’ll find the palate to be edgy, crisp, uber clean, and full of fresh citrusy fruits and a dry, zingy finish.  Serve well chilled on the patio while pairing up with oysters on the half shell, shellfish, green garden salads or chilled asparagus.
