2021 - The Moillard ‘Les Violettes’ Cotes du Rhone Rosé is a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre. You get your first picture of what this wine is built for by the pale salmon pink color expressed when poured into your glass. It has a crisp, electric nose of strawberry, raspberry, cherry and fresh citrus with hints of purple flower and mineral. We love the excellent extraction of fruit flavors that fill the palate and are followed by a mineraly, dry, finish.
