2019 - The 2019 Southern Right Sauvignon Blanc underwent a small natural ferment in barrel. It has quite a punchy nose, the nettle, gooseberry and Granny Smith apple aromas storming from the glass. The palate is fresh and lively on the entry. As usual, this is a somewhat uncompromising Sauvignon Blanc with pungent bell pepper and light asparagus notes, good weight and a tangy, marmalade-tinged finish whose residual salinity beckons you back for more.
