2020 - Pale garnet. Raspberry and strawberry over mineral, white pepper and roasted back ground. MLF and ageing for 10 months in concrete vats creates austere and floral elegant unbaked style. Dry, refreshing acidity, moderate fine tannins and muscular texture. A medium length pure complex wine.
