Chartron La Fluer Bordeaux Rouge

2018 - The Chartron La Fleur Bordeaux Rouge has a nice ruby color with an inky touch to it in the glass. It is a classic bordeaux blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon that shows its origins with aromas of dark black cherry, black currant, plum, blackberry, light dusty spice and earth.  The wine is friendly with fresh fruits come up front that morph into dark fruits and then slide into light drying tannins and a rounded finish.  This is wine built for everyday enjoyment which pairs well will grilled poultry, pork chops, hamburgers and sharp cheeses.
