Clear Creek Framboise Brandy is a distillation of a pure mash of fermented raspberries grown near the distillery, unlike almost all others. It is very aromatic and very difficult to make. It takes up to 80 pounds of raspberries to make one small bottle of Framboise. Fermentation of fresh whole raspberries is very tricky and some years we don't get it right. So, some years there isn't any at all.
