Clos des Fous Cabernet Sauvignon "Grillos Cantors"

2015 - This estate wine comes from a single vineyard in Cachapoal, Chile. The wine shows Cassis, leather, and baked berry compote on the nose with kirsch and baking spices on the palate. The fruit  and tannin are much more in harmony in the 2015 compared to the 2014.  A classic Cabernet Sauvignon.  Pair with game, grilled meats, hard cheeses. We DO NOT ship Wine.
