2022 - The purity of the Le Petit Salvard is displayed with its bright, clear, luminous white gold color when you pour it into your glass.  You’ll find signature aromas of gooseberries, lime, grapefruit and lemon citrus with fresh green herbs and wet stone.  The mouthfeel is summer appropriate with vibrant, crisp, dry crunchy minerality along with citrusy fruits, Loire Valley smoky stone and a snappy finish.  We put this in the category of a purebred race horse but that sells for a plow horse price.  It is perhaps the perfect companion for a chilled summer shellfish salad, asparagus or aged goat cheeses especially at this killer price.
