2019 - Aromas of fresh fall apple, ripe pear, lemon citrus, pineapple and a light floral note. A crisp ripe palate of tropical fruits, lime zest, light toast with a bright, dry finish. This is a definite sipper to enjoy on it's own, but has the balance and freshness to pair up lots of cuisine from fresh fish to poultry dishes.--Finn
