Organic/biodynamic. A very mineral nose with a certain smokiness from the limestone soil. It has a distinguished touch of pears (typical Bical) and fennel. After some time in the glass it even reveals thyme and honey. The mouth is refined, creamy, relatively smooth and has present minerality. The middle pallet is fruit driven and the aftertaste is dry and refreshing. We DO NOT ship Wine. This item is available for in-store pickup only.
