Helderberg Cabernet Sauvignon

2016 - On the nose the aromas are complex and well balanced with black currant, black berry, black cherry fruits mixed with aromas of lavender, rosemary, graphite and white pepper. This is a Cabernet that stands its ground on the palate with great depth of texture and flavor. Dominated by a large body of black berry fruits with a little fresh red berry, layers of earth, spice and mineral mixed in between, ending with dry structural tannins.
