Hertat Sabartes Brut Cava

The Heretat Sabartes Brut Cava showcases the best of Cava's characteristics. It is made from 45% Parellada, 30% Xarel-lo, and 25% Macabeo, and aged for 20 months on the lees, roughly double what the DO typically requires.  The result is a golden platinum sparkling with a fine bubbly mousse in the glass.  It has well developed aromas of fall fruits, bright apple, pear, citrus and toasty notes.  On the palate you’ll find focus and an elegant texture with a pleasant, dry finish.  Whether served as an aperitif or paired with a variety of your favorite holiday dishes, this Cava's refined yet approachable profile makes it an perfect option for those seeking a high-quality sparkling wine.  Cheers.
