2022 - The Laplaya Reserva Sauv Blanc is produced from hand picked fruit. It has a beautiful iridescent white gold color with a lime tinge when poured into the glass and features pleasant, ripe aromas of green apple, pear, peach, lemon curd with green herbs. This is a vibrant, full Sauvignon Blanc showing off flavors of lemon/lime citrus with a medium weight and crisp finish. It is a great wine to have in the fridge at all times to just scratch that itch for a tasty glass or pull the bottle for pairing up with miso marinated black cod, caesar salad w/ grilled shrimp or scallop linguine in a beurre blanc sauce.
