Hand-harvested 90% Cabernet Franc and 10% Grolleau. Vines are 25 years old and growing in sand and clay soils. Direct press with fermentation in concrete tank. Vines are Ecocert certified biodynamic. No fining, no filtering, with small SO2 addition. "Les Tètes is focused on bringing fresh and fruity competitively-priced wines that are grown organically and fermented with native yeasts and with only minimal sulfur added.
