2022 - The grapes come from 40-year-old organically managed vineyards. Straw yellow with slight greenish reflections. The nose opens naturally and elegantly on aromas of exotic fruit (passion fruit) with mineral traces of flint. In the mouth, fresh and sharp, it leaves room for velvety and aromatic notes, with a savory, harmonious and persistent finish.--Winemaker
