Pierpaolo Pecorari Sauvignon Blanc

2022 - The Pierpalo Pecorari Sauvignon Blanc has an iridescent white gold-ish, green hue in the glass.  You can see the viscousness as you swirl the nectar to release the buoyant, ripe notes of tangerine, lemon, lime zest, peach, green grass and wet mineral.  The wine is Intensely crisp with tropical citrus, clean vibrant acidity and a dry finish.  It is a very flavorful Sauvignon Blanc to refresh the palate on a warm day or serve it with a Hawaiian poke bowl, shellfish, ceviche or a sautéed shrimp in angel pasta dish We DO NOT ship Wine.
