2020 - The grapes for the 2020 Santadi Vermentino "Villa Solais" are hand picked, gently pressed, fermented and aged on their fine lees for 4-6 months to add texture and depth. It is a very aromatic wine with notes of pear, peach, grapefruit, apricot and white flower with a stony salinity. The flavors are vibrant and fresh with a citrusy core and finishes bright and dry.
