South Africa is producing some of the most soulful and adventurous wines in the world right now. We’re traveling from the rugged, dry-farmed vines of Swartland down to the cool, wind-swept tip of Elim. This is a tasting for the curious palate looking for bold Chenin Blancs and elegant, cool-climate reds.
