2022 - A vibrant blend of Tavkveri (known for its fresh, red berry and forest leaf notes) and Shavkapito (which adds dark fruit and subtle spice). Goga Tevzadze uses traditional Georgian wine practices to make his wines. All low intervention, he uses native yeasts for fermentation, macerates the Shavkapito for 3 to 4 weeks on their skins in Qvevri and uses minimal SO2. These are gentler, yet textured Georgian wines with great complexity reflecting Goga's non-interventionist style. Natural Wine
