Vina Maitia "Aupa" Pipeño

2023- The juicy, purple-colored Aupa Pipeño is a blend of 80% País and 20% Carignan/Cariñena from old dry-farmed and head-pruned vines in Maule. It's an explosion of fruit juice, flowers and herbs. It's always balsamic and spicy, and it has a soft palate with a juicy texture and defined, very primary flavors. Very good for food. Drink chilled. --92pts Wine Advocate
